Data Deletion Instructions

Scope

These instructions apply to personal data, if any, that Aqarat Libya has received, processed, or stored as a result of a technical integration between Aqarat Libya and Meta services.

This page is not a general deletion policy covering all information independently held by Aqarat Libya, such as information relating to contractual relationships, commercial transactions, accounting records, or legal obligations. Such information is governed by the company's Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Requesting Deletion of Meta-Related Data

If you have used a service or feature that connects Aqarat Libya with a Meta account or service, you may request deletion of data relating to you that Aqarat Libya obtained through that integration.

Please use the following subject line: Meta Data Deletion Request - Aqarat Libya

Please provide only the information reasonably necessary for us to identify and verify your request, such as:

• Your name.
• The email address associated with the relevant service.
• Any other information necessary to identify the relevant account or integration.

Do not send passwords, login credentials, authentication codes, or other confidential information.

After verifying the request, Aqarat Libya will delete data associated with the requesting user that was obtained through the relevant Aqarat Libya integration with Meta services, provided that such data is held in our systems and no lawful reason requires its continued retention.

Removing App Access from Meta

Users may also remove or revoke Aqarat Libya's access through the Apps and Websites settings of their Facebook or Meta account, where available.

Revoking access may prevent future access through the integration. If data was previously stored by Aqarat Libya, users may separately request deletion of that data using the contact method above.

Limited Data Retention

Certain information may need to be retained where required by applicable law, necessary to comply with a legal obligation, or reasonably required to protect legal rights or system security.

Any such retention will be limited to the information and period necessary for the applicable legitimate purpose.
